Almooooost ME

No puedo creer que se borro lo que habia escrito! ok GUSFRABBBA comenzemos de nuevo. No ha pasado mucho desde mi anterior post. He estado entrenando y yendo a la U todo bien! El domingo pasado tuve una salida de campo a los humedales de ventanilla (si van lleven repelente sobre todo si son tan alergicos a los insectos como yo!!!) Luego de eso tuve una sesion de carrera que debia ser long&easy pero que por alguna razon se convirtio en 20minINTENSOS +40 minSUAVEE (thanksdad!) Aparte de esto n la semana me he seguido concentrando para llegar bien al adidas 10k de mañana, nadando entre 3 y 5k diarios sintiendome fuerte y no esforzada :)
Asi que solo me queda decir....................10k there we go!!!!!!!
